Gray Squirrel

This shoot was taken by @AFashionNerd, aka, Amy Roiland. She is a fashion blogger who after taking various photos of her inspired me to feature the clothing I like to wear. The clothing in this shoot I will mention every article of clothing I have on... visible.

We shot this in Franklin Canyon. Its a nice place to walk and run, maybe walk the dog. Many locals of Studio City and Beverly Hills who live in the hill or around the area come up to hike and walk here. The scenery is beautiful and there are a lot of paths to take.

We shot this in the evening so the sun was just setting but the trees provided enough shade to keep the bright sun from hitting us. The clothing I wore for this shoot are some of my favorites. I have already featured the shoes and even the shirt in other outfits I have worn.

 We'll start with the shirt and necklace. The shirt I purchased in Hollywood on the strip, east of Highland Ave. It was one of those touristy stores that had souvenirs and clothing. I wasn't planning on buying anything in particular when I went. I just remember going to New York City several months ago and feeling like I wanted to be a "tourist" the most recent time I went, I wanted to feel like a tourist for an hour or so in Hollywood. While passing the stores, I saw this one place that was selling shirts for an affordable price and I came across this shirt that had a skyline view of downtown Los Angeles, CA. For those of you who already know me, I love the color gray, and having a white shirt with a gray background on it caught my attention, and even better, one of my favorite cities which happens to be the city I live in. I had to make the shirt mine so I bought it.

The necklace, well I can't really help anyone to locate cause it was given to me by one of the first contacts I made in Los Angeles. The funny part is that even he doesn't know where he got it.

The shorts I got from a Pacsun store in "The Grove" shopping center. The shorts are meant to be swim trunks so they are't designed to have pockets. There is one pocket but its not a big pocket to carry say a big wallet full of cash. The shorts are very comfortable I will note. For me, I know its not in style but I prefer looser clothing just because I feel less constricted and my lower extremities can breathe a bit. I know styles nowadays prefer tight fit and I am getting use to them. I still like loose fit.

I can't forget to mention the shoes as they are still one of my favorite pairs I have worn. They are very soft and comfortable inside and make great to wear around all day. I feel like I am walking on clouds when I wear these shoes and their look is so chic! Until next time I post everyone =)

One of my First Photo Shoots in Los Angeles - My Journey

 These pictures come from one of the first photo shoots I had in Los Angeles. They were taken in a Downtown loft not far from USC. At the time I just moved to Los Angeles I would say nearly 6 years ago. Thinking about it makes me want to upload a compare and contrast picture of me 5 years ago and how I look now.

Back then I had no idea where my journey would take me but I have come a long way from composing songs for fun, to composing music for short films, and the journey is still not over. Everyday I am learning and experiencing new things. Sometimes learning is a difficult experience but I would never take back the things I have learned or the difficulties of finding my path. Los Angeles has given me strength and weakness, joy and sorrow, opportunity and set backs but I love this city.

Currently, I take pictures of a fashion blogger by the name of Amy Roiland. Her Instagram handle is @afashionerd. Taking pictures for her has taught
me a lot about fashion photography and the camera.
Taking pictures for her has also inspired me to take up fashion shooting myself a few of my favorite outfits that I like to wear. Of course, they might not be standard fashion for most people but I like what I wear. Skinny jeans are probably the hardest thing for me to ever get used to. They are too tight for me, but its something I must learn to like and wear.

Animation is another thing I have taken interest in. I have learned a lot of what it takes to create 2D animation and am hoping to learn more about 3D animation soon. So far, animation to me has proven to be the most fun for me. Hearing my music as the soundtrack of an animation has made me quite the happiest guy on earth! That's just some of my journey, and I look forward to so much more and the rest of my journey living in Los Angeles.

Urban Outfitters (#UOonU) - Melrose Alley

Today I decided to feature all Urban Outfitters! I was out shopping with Afashionnerd (@AFasionNerd) and passing through the men's section I was sidetracked. I needed to get a new outfit that day and so I did! The location we shot the pictures was in the alleys at Melrose! Iggy Photography shot the picture. The colors really match the wall behind me.

The button up shirt is from Globe, nice grayish white shirt. The T-shirt is from Pool House,

Michael Brandon Jeans always comfortable to wear. These jeans are loose fit and call me whatever you like but I prefer my pants be loose rather than tight.

The Vans Snake Skin shoes were really cool and they first caught my eye!

The Color Orange

Yes, Timothy Michael Gould here and I love the color orange! I tend to go through color phases and discover colors in clothing and matching them always is a fun thing for me to do. I tend to treat colors as emotions for myself so certain colors to represent certain emotions even of how I feel or the colors I wear represent my immediate emotional state before the days starts. Currently, my favorite color in clothing is orange but why orange I wasn't entirely certain, so I decided to look up the color orange and how it came about. You can read more about that on my personal blogs but for Lookbook I will talk about the clothing I am wearing.



First item on the list is the shirt which is a regular bright orange shirt I got from Hot Topic. The reason I got it was for the logo which is has a Pokemon Character named "Charmander" on it. I have been a fan of Pokemon during my early years and still has a little part in my heart. Charmander isn't my favorite Pokemon but he is the best example of a orange Pokemon in my opinion.

The next is the shorts which were just some swim shorts that I happen to like. I don't remember where I got them so I can't exactly say where I got them but they look good don't they?

The shoes are definitely the highlight of the shoot They are Alejandro Ingelmo which are one of my favorite shoes I have. I have featured them on a blog on here previously even. You can see more about the shoes in the previous which I also shared here.

Forever 21 Summer!

Today I decided to feature all Forever 21 clothes! Eveything I am wearing here is from forever 21. They have a big selection on summer clothes his year so definitely stop by a store and check out all the cool clothes they have for summer this year.

To start, in this blog I will be featuring a Jean-Michel Basquait tank top. I am not one to usually wear tank tops as I have alway felt they make me look skinny. But good news! This tank too managed to pull me out I my insecurities with my skinny arms and now it made me look, I am feel quite happy to say it... Very handsome! Styling all the summer clothes, the tank with it's T-Rex dinosaur logo really makes me feel like a teenager in summer. 

Also from Forever 21, the next thing people would notice are my shorts. Now just like my shirt, I am not one to really wear a bright colorful pair of swim shorts like these if at all. But once again, Forever 21 has made me comfortable in my skin and wearing them has beema great change! 

The final feature of the blog are the shoes. I needed a nice pair of black shoes and low and behold Forever 21 carried an awesome pair of the LA style shoes. They are also quite comfortable to wear and are a great final touch to the entire outfit. 

All I can say is thank you Forever 21 for all the wonderful and nice clothes I get I wear and this summer!! It's going to be a very fun summer!
